  • Hungritos Aloo Tikki Slider
  • Store-bought or homemade roti/tortilla
  • Pickled onions
  • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese (to make 4 Wraps)
  • 2-3 Slices (per Wrap) of Tomato Slices
  • Shredded cabbage or lettuce or your favourite salad mix
  • Mayonnaise, Tomato Ketchup & green chutney (optional)

  • Take out Hungritos Aloo Patty from the freezer.
  • Heat a medium size pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Place about 3~4 tikkis in the hot pan and shallow fry them until golden brown on both sides. Remove onto paper towel lined plate. Repeat with the remaining tikkis.
  • Fry the roti with some butter or oil. Only cook it half, because we have to again bake it to make it more delicious and crunchier.
  • Now, take roti and cut a radius, and then start putting things starting from first quarter. Put mayo and tomato ketchup in first quarter, aloo tikki and another quarter, processed cheese in another quarter and lettuce leaf & tomato in the last quarter.

    Hello, I am Rahul
I was really excited to try Hungritos Aloo Tikki and it did not disappoint! The tikki was flavourful and slide in easily, non but less it goes best with burgers too. I will definitely be having this again soon, maybe as a sandwich next time.
