Iscon Balaji Foods

Incorporated in 2012, Iscon Balaji Foods is a flourishing entity in frozen potato delicacies and dehydrated potato flakes industry. IBF is Asia’s largest dehydrated potato flakes manufacturer and has the largest potato French-fry line in India, with 4 manufacturing facilities processing over 400 million kilograms of potatoes every season. IBF’s potato farming spreads over 25,000 acres of land, spanning across 5 states and are proud to be fondly associated with over 4000 farmers. Our end-to-end involvement helps us capitalize the supply chain, ensuring that our premium frozen potato delicacies and dehydrated potato flakes reach our customers across 200 towns in India and over 20 countries worldwide.

Neel Kotak

MD & CEO

Mr. Neel Kotak, an IIT Bombay alumni, is the founder of Iscon Balaji Foods and a pivotal member of the team. Under him, Iscon Balaji Foods has become a 1200 people strong organization. With his clear vision and entrepreneurial prowess, Mr. Neel aims to expand the company and diversify into multiple products and industrial streams in the long run.

Karan Dhand

COO

With more than 16 years of unparalleled experience in potato supply chain and processing technology, Mr. Karan Dhand is undoubtedly the spine of IBF. He is the key to our entire supply chain from the farm to the freezers of customers. Mr. Dhand’s out of the box thinking and passion towards his work motivates and inspires our team to march ahead confidently.
