Once preparation is complete, the potatoes move to the most important stage—IQF (Individual Quick Freezing). IQF is a modern freezing technique that locks in taste and texture at the snack’s optimal stage. Instead of freezing everything into a single block, we freeze each snack individually and instantly at ultra-low temperatures. This process preserves the texture and flavour, so every snack is as crispy and crunchy as it should be.
